Welcome to Afro Mom Spices, My name is Fatou, a Guinean currently living in Illinois USA. I am a working military spouse, and a mother of three. I was born and raised in Guinea Conakry. At the age of 16, I moved to Djibouti where I lived for two years and graduated High School. I then moved to France for college. I lived there for four years and earned my bachelor’s in Economics. Afterwards, I moved to the United States where I graduated with a M.A in Economics. Meanwhile, I had the chance to visit a few different African countries (Senegal, Togo, RDC, Congo, Ethiopia…) for summer break. My childhood…
