Baked Chicken Thighs
Baked chicken thighs are another favorites of mine because it literally takes 1 hour to make. I’m always looking for an easy recipe for dinner because who has time? We’re all super busy with life. So this baked chicken thighs recipe is great because it is a time saver  and full of flavor.
You can serve this with with a salad, baked potatoes, baked sweet potatoes…I chose to serve mine with fried plantains.

Let’s get go over the ingredients needed
Ingredients:
- 6 Chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Dried thyme
- 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash chicken seasoning
- 1 tbsp Adobo seasoning
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp SaltÂ
- 1 tbsp of Oil
- Cooking spray
Now let’s get started
Prepping the chicken ready
- For this recipe, I decided to leave the skin on. But remove the skin if you prefer.
- Wash the chicken with water and vinegar or clean the chicken with water and lime / lemon. I you prefer a video version on how I clean chicken, checkout my video on how to clean chicken. I use the same technique for all poultry.
- Pat dry the chicken with paper towels
Making the seasoning mix
- In a bowl, combine paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, dried thyme, Mrs. Dash chicken seasoning, Adobo seasoning and Oil
Seasoning the chicken
- Rub 2/3 of the seasoning on both sides of the chicken
- Spread the remaining 1/3 under the skin (very important)
Baking
- Preheat the oven at 400 Fahrenheit
- Lightly spray the baking dish with cooking spray
- Place the chicken thighs and lightly brush the top of the skin with oil.
- Bake for 50 minutes
After 50 minutes, the chicken is ready. Serve with a salad, potatoes, sweet potatoes or plantains like I did.

Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs
- oil spray
- 1 tbsp oil canola
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash chicken seasoning
- 1 tbsp Adobo seasoning
Instructions
- Wash chicken thighs with skin on, cut off excess skin, pat dry with a paper towel
- Mix all the seasonings in a bowl, rub 2/3 of the seasoning on both sides of the chicken, and spread the remaining 1/3 under the skin (very important).
- Spray baking dish with oil spray and place chicken thighs
- Lightly brush the top of the skin with oil
- Set oven at 400 Fahrenheit and bake for 50 min
- Serve with your favorite side. The chicken is served here with some plantains aka Allocco.
