BAKED CHICKEN THIGHS

An amazing and tasteful chicken thigh recipe that can be served with so many sides. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs
  • oil spray
  • 1 tbsp oil canola
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash chicken seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Adobo seasoning

Instructions

  • Wash chicken thighs with skin on, cut off excess skin, pat dry with a paper towel
  • Mix all the seasonings in a bowl, rub 2/3 of the seasoning on both sides of the chicken, and spread the remaining 1/3 under the skin (very important).
  • Spray baking dish with oil spray and place chicken thighs

  • Lightly brush the top of the skin with oil
  • Set oven at 400 Fahrenheit and bake for 50 min

  • Serve with your favorite side. The chicken is served here with some plantains aka Allocco.

Notes

You can serve this chickenĀ  alongside fried plantains as shown in this picture. But also a salad, fries or by itself.
Don't forget to adjust the seasoning to your liking.
