Bissap/Hibiscus /Sorrel Drink
Bissap is a drink made of dried Sorrel flowers amongst other things. It will be loved by the whole family.

- 1 cup dried sorrel flower/hibiscus
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 2.5 liter water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 packet vanilla flavored sugar
- 1 tbsp strawberry flavored syrup
Wash dried sorrel and mint. Add in a pot, cover with water and bring to a boil.
Boil for 15 minutes and remove the pot from the heat. Strain in a bowl and set aside for it to cool down.
Once cooled down, add vanilla flavored sugar, sugar, strawberry flavoring and stir. Do a taste test and add more sugar if needed.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and serve cold. You can also add ice before serving. Enjoy!
