Cut chicken breast in medium size cubes. Season with black pepper, Lawry's salt and Adobo. Set aside.
Finely chop onion, tomato and garlic.
Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and fry on medium high heat for about 10 minutes or until they start getting some color. Turn them over halfway.
When they get some color, add chopped onion and tomato. Cover pan for about 7 minutes or until the onion and tomato are tender.
Then add tomato paste and garlic. Cover pan for about 3 minutes.
Add 2 cups of water, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, Maggi cube. Cover and cook on medium heat.
Check seasoning, add salt if needed. (Remember the Lawry's seasoning and Maggi cube have salt in them).
Cook until water is absorbed, onions are tender and oil comes on top. Your chicken is ready.
