Step 1
Firstly, peel the plantains and cut in the in any shape you like. Preferably in an angle.
Secondly, salt the plantains. The salt is optional. The plantains are sweet on their own, but I like the sweet and salty combo.
Lastly, coat the plantains with olive oil make sure the plantains are well coated.
Step 2
Preheat the air fryer for five minutes at 395 F
Next place the plantains in a single layer and set the Air Fryer at 395 for 12 minutes.
Flip the plantains over halfway through the cooking process, which is about 6 to 7 minutes.
After 12 minutes, the plantains should be ready. You can poke the plantains using a knife to check the doneness. Hope you find it helpful.

Notes: the color of the plantains depends on your personal preference. If you prefer more color to them, you can add 1 or 2 more minutes cooking time at 395. Generally, they're done in 12 minutes for me.If you try it, let me know how it turned out.Bon Appétit!
